Photographers notes, and those truly professional moments that stay in the memory.

Every wedding can have those 'wild cards' that are unexpected regardless of the previous planning.
They require quick and flexible responses based on experience and skill so that they can be turned to advantage.

It's not always possible for the bride and groom to meet the wedding photographer before the wedding as happened here. However with good planning and the advantages of the internet and emails it is possible to achieve total ease for all even though a lot of the guests were German and I had to use a mixture of English, French and sign language on the day. There were  interesting German customs including that of  involving cutting out a heart shape painted on a sheet then stepping through the hole. The heart would later be used as a bed cover. Several images from this wedding have appeared in wedding magazines.
