Technical note relating to disco photography as below
The use of flash to achieve sharp focus on the key elements combined with slow shutter speeds to allow ambient light and movement blur is the best way to achieve the appropriate dance atmosphere etc. (Normal flash photography will destroy disco colours and non-flash photography will be completely blurred).

Photographers notes, and those truly professional moments that stay in the memory.

Every wedding can have those 'wild cards' that are unexpected regardless of the previous planning.
They require quick and flexible responses based on experience and skill so that they can be turned to advantage.

At this wedding the need to do all the planned shots in just half an hour as a result of changed circumstances was a real surprise. The toastmaster did a great job of preparing each group for the planned pictures and not a single intended image was missed. We even managed quite a few extras before attending the wedding breakfast exactly on time. The resultant photos are pleasingly relaxed and the disco shots are fun and even made it into a wedding magazine.
