Hi Ian,

Thanks so much for your efforts at our wedding; I'm sorry I couldn't come with Owen to pick up the cds and thank you in person.  Having now viewed all the pictures we are so pleased with the results.

My favourite photo without doubt is the group family shot on the beach ...........

There are some lovely shots at the church as well, my favourite of which are the confetti ones taken by the stocks.  These seem to have been timed and posed perfectly to capture the action without obliterating us with confetti (as I have seen happen in other people's wedding photos!)  I also like the ones inside the church, the fake signing of the register shot, and Peter handing us our wedding certificate.  I know you were unhappy at the time as the sun coming in through the window made for difficult lighting conditions, but it’s lovely for us to be reminded of that moment when we bathed in sunlight, and I think they have come out remarkably well.

Finally, one of my favourite pictures is one of my sister-in-law and niece sitting next to each other outside the bar, both with champagne glasses raised to their lips, like a mirror image of each other.  All the nicer for being unexpected.

As you promised, shooting in RAW appears to have rendered the detail on my dress beautifully, which is really pleasing.  We'd also like to pass on comments we had from a few of our guests that you were very accommodating in allowing the amateurs to get their shots - something which not all professional wedding photographers are very good at it seems, so thank you for that.

Owen and I are very close to narrowing down the shots we would like for our GraphiStudio book (about 100 we think) and we should get those details to you over the next couple of days.  Collecting orders for prints from various family members will obviously take a little longer.

Dear Ian

I just wanted to drop you a line to tell you how very pleased we are with our wedding book.  The impact of the photos at that size and in that format is even more striking than we expected it to be.  Its strange how, yet again, different photos stand out when put together in this way than when viewed on-line.  I think my favourite picture in the book is the full page black and white shot of Owen and I with the vicar, as we are about to walk back down the aisle - I don't know why, but this one hadn't really stood out for me before.

I can't believe how heavy and big it is!  It certainly feels like very good quality. Owens’s parents were also delighted with their book.  I understand that his mum has been showing it off with the result that your details have been asked for by at least one interested party, so we certainly hope it generates some business for you!  It goes without saying that we have been very impressed with the quality of your work and customer service, and will have no hesitation in recommending you to others.

Keep up the good work - we keep a regular eye on your website and like seeing your latest stuff.
